Fortus Management Partners brings extensive experience in structuring,
prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing private debt and equity
financing rounds. Fortus principals have been senior executives
on the corporate side in multiple $100 million plus private acquisitions
and capital rounds as well as numerous smaller $5 to $10 million
early-stage funding rounds.
We are not investment bankers, we have been in the trenches in-house
both at finance and senior management levels and know how deals
need to be structured, presented and closed to best benefit the
company and investors.
We firmly believe in strategic capital, focusing on bringing our
clients together with those firms that not only provide them with
a cash investment in the short term but will also play a critical
role in the company's long term success through their industry contacts,
business acumen and/or long term commitment to the marketplace.
