of the value of your company or division or potential merger/acquisition
targets, with extensive supporting documentation and financial modeling.
The valuation method used depends on the sector, company and life
cycle phase and may, for example, be the multiplier method, capitalized-earnings
method or discounted-cash-flow method.
When performing a valuation we also take into consideration such
intangibles as management, technology potential, customers, and
corporate structure, in addition to traditional financial modeling
